A: On All Size Pots, You Use It The Same Way. You Clip It To The Edge Of The Pot, Making Sure That The Solid Area Between The Clips Hugs The Inside Of The Pot. You Then Tilt The Pot And The Strainer Area Lets The Liquid Flows Out While Holding The Solids Inside The Pot. On Small And Medium Size Pots The Strainer Area Bends And Forms A Cup Shape In The Center And Holds The Solids Back. You Can Use It On Large Pots But We Do Not Recommend It. The Bigger The Pot, The Slower You Have To Drain The Liquids.
